Vinda International Holdings Limited ("Vinda") is China’s largest manufacturer, distributor and marketer of branded, high-end, household paper products, including tissue paper, toilet paper and dining napkins. Established in 1985, Vinda’s products are sold throughout China and the brand name “Vinda” has been recognized as a “China Famous Brand.” In May 2005, Cathay provided expansion capital to Vinda which the company used to establish four new production facilities, tripling production capacity. In July 2007, Cathay assisted the company in completing an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (listing code: 3331.HK). Wuxi Little Swan Company Ltd. ("Little Swan") is one of China’s leading manufacturers and distributors of branded washing machines as well as other home appliances. Established in 1958, Little Swan introduced the first, automatic washing machine to the Chinese market in 1978. Today, Little Swan continues to sell its branded washing machines across China as well as serving as an OEM for clients such as Siemens, GE and Electrolux. An original foreign investor in Little Swan, Cathay acquired its interest in September 1995. Cathay assisted the company in completing B Share (listing code: 200418.CH) and A Share listings (listing code: 000418.CH) on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1996 and 1997 respectively. V-Care Holdings Limited (“V-Care”) is a joint venture among Cathay, Vinda International Holdings Limited (“Vinda”, listing code: 3331.HK) and its Chairman C.W. Li to manufacture and distribute female sanitary napkins and disposable infant diapers for the domestic Chinese market. V-Care produces diapers and sanitary napkins under the “Bei Ai Duo” brand (“Baby Loves More”) as part of the “Vinda” family of brands.
